The Komatsu 930E electric-drive haul truck and the PC2000 hydraulic mining excavator work side by side at many open-pit mines. When either one is down waiting on a part, the load-and-haul cycle slows. Getting it moving again starts with the exact Komatsu part number and the machine's serial number.
This guide covers how buyers source Komatsu 930E parts, Komatsu PC2000 parts and other Komatsu mining parts by part number, which part types show up on mining work orders, and how to get one quote for the whole list. You can search Komatsu parts by part number on the Global Parts Intel marketplace now: Komatsu parts for sale.
Start with the part number and the serial number
On mining machines the model name alone isn't enough. Parts can change between versions of the same model and within a version by serial number range. Before you send a request, get:
- the full Komatsu part number from the parts book, the old part or the work order,
- the machine model, version and serial number (for example 930E or PC2000 plus the dash version and serial),
- the engine serial number for engine, filter and fuel system parts.
GPI's parts search matches exact part numbers and, when sellers provide them, alternate and superseded numbers. Komatsu numbers are often written with dashes (for example 07000-02060); you can search with or without them.
Filters: air, fuel, oil and transmission
Filters are the most frequent line on any mining maintenance order, for trucks and excavators alike. Live listings include a primary air filter (6001856110), another primary air filter (6001855110), a secondary air filter (6001854220), a primary + secondary filter kit (6001856100), fuel filters (6003113620) and 20301K1280, a pre fuel filter (6003193610), an oil filter (6003002120), a transmission filter (5611571730) and a cabin air filter (4260732441). Match engine filters to the engine serial number.
Seals, O-rings and seal kits
Hydraulic cylinders, swing and travel circuits and powertrain components all depend on seals. GPI lists seal kits (5614000100) and 5614000200, an oil seal (0701200065), a dust seal (7721914280), another dust seal (0612204504), a seal (0714500110) and O-rings such as 07000-02060 and 07000F2140.
Hydraulic hoses, tubes and clamps
Large excavators and haul trucks run long hydraulic and air lines, and hoses are a common unplanned replacement. Live listings include hoses 5610781342, 07297-02013, 0948310536 and KT5616184760, an elbow rubber hose (5610282151), a spiral tube (0821001804), a T tube (KT0821002905) and clamps such as 6151115361.
Undercarriage: master links, pins and bushings
Tracked mining machines wear through undercarriage, and track chain parts are ordered by exact number. GPI lists master links 1953261331, 1953263320, 1953261431 and 1953263420, a track pin (1953263153), a bushing (1953261341), a spacer (1953261181), a ring (1953263230) and a seal assembly (1953262201). Undercarriage parts are size-specific, so always send the machine serial number.
Ground engaging tools and blade wear parts
Support equipment around the pit, such as dozers, uses ripper and blade wear parts. Live listings include a ripper tip (1957871320), a ripper tooth (1757831230HX), a ripper shank protector (1957872410), a center blade (1957161550), a side blade (1987211181), corner guards LH (14X7111330B) and RH (14X7111340B), plus blade bolts (1987121710) and a bucket shim kit (2077000061).
Engine, cooling, bearings and valves
Engine and drive parts should be matched to the engine or component serial number. On GPI today: a water pump assembly (6219611100), an alternator V-belt (6261816810), a belt set (6215613690), a gasket (6215617361), a viscous mount (5695482371), a valve assembly (7236126400), a ball bearing (0633006308), a needle bearing (6127613910) with its inner race (6127613920), and a bearing (0604006219).
Cab and electrical
Cab and switch parts keep a machine legal to operate. Listings include a horn switch (56B4013120), a switch assembly (5610686703), a cable connection (7996083220A) and a horn (5610680101). One listing names its machine: a windshield for the PC350LC-8 (20Y5311611).
Can't find your part number?
Send an RFQ anyway with the part number and serial number; a seller may be able to source it. To browse everything, open all Komatsu parts or search all parts.
RFQ checklist for Komatsu mining parts
Send one request for quote (RFQ) with:
- Every Komatsu part number and the quantity of each.
- Machine model, version and serial number (for example 930E or PC2000 and the dash version).
- Engine serial number for engine, filter and fuel parts.
- The condition you'll accept (new, used, rebuilt) and whether you need genuine Komatsu or will accept aftermarket.
- Delivery location (mine site, port or warehouse) and the date you need it.
That gives a seller what they need to quote the whole list in one reply.
For dealers who sell Komatsu mining parts
If you stock Komatsu parts, GPI is the dealer platform behind the marketplace. List your parts for free so mining buyers find them by part number, then run the parts desk from one place:
- RFQ intake and fast quoting: marketplace requests land in one queue and turn into quotes in a few clicks.
- Part markup rules: set markup by brand, category or cost range so every quote protects margin. The buyer never sees your cost or source.
- Marketplace sourcing: when a part isn't on your shelf, find it from other sellers and still win the order.
- OFAC and CSL screening: screen buyers before you quote or ship export orders, which are common in mining supply.
- Remote punch-in time clock: counter, warehouse and field staff clock in from their phones.
- AI knowledge base: answer part-number and fitment questions from your own documents.
